The returning fan-favorite features grilled Achiote shrimp on a bed of cabbage slaw, topped with chopped mango, pickled onions, jalapeños, cotija and cilantro with jalapeño tartar sauce on a flour tortilla.

In addition to the Holy Diver, Torchy’s is featuring the Pain Chiller as the brand’s Drink of the Month for September 2022. The Pain Chiller is available on the rocks or frozen, featuring pineapple juice, coconut, orange juice, plus a floater of Captain Morgan and a dash of nutmeg.

The Holy Diver can be found at participating Torchy’s locations for a limited time through the end of September, with a portion of the proceeds from Taco of the Month sales going to Torchy’s charitable partners, including the Make a Wish Foundation, MD Anderson and Phoenix House.
